CONCEPTS

- Muscles:

  •  Body mass or composite fibers through the contraction and relaxation, serves to produce the movement in man and animal tissue.

- Bones:

  • Hard and tough part of the skeleton of vertebrates, yellowish white; It consists of organic substance and mineral salts, and enveloped by a fibrous membrane.

- Joints:

  • The union between two bones.

WARMING

- Objetives:

  1. Reduce the risk of injury.
  2. Prepare physically and mentally for subsequent activity.

- Effects on the body:

  • To the musculoskeletal system:

  1.   Mobility and joint tours reset.
  2.   Muscle temperature increases.
  3.   Increases the effectiveness of muscle contraction.
  4.   Improves coordination and agility and is more efficient at the task.
  5.   Reduces the risk of injury.
  6.   By stretching the muscles increases muscle elasticity.
  • On the respiratory and cardiovascular system:

  1.  Prepares the cardiorespiratory system, increasing respiration and heart rate.
  2.  It increases blood flow to all body organs.
  3.  Increases the influx of oxygen and energy production.

- Parts:

  1.   displacement
  2.   joint movement
  3.   stretching

  • Speed:
-Relationship established between the space or distance an object and the time you spend  on it.
  • Agility:
-Capacity to do something very fast.
  • Balance:
           -Ability to equalize forces.
  • Endurance:
          -Capacity to resist.
  • Coordination:
          -Ability of muscles to synchronize.
