  8. Health.

-Physical condition: abilities:

  • Flexibility:
            -is the ability of muscle to reach stretch without damage.
  • Strenght:
           -Physical ability to do a job or a move.
  • Speed:
          -Relationship established between the space or distance an object and the time you spend  on it.
  • Agility:
           -Capacity to do something very fast.
  • Balance:  
           -Ability to equalize forces.
  • Endurance: 
          -Capacity to resist.
  • Coordination:  
          -Ability of muscles to synchronize.
