WARMING 

- Objetives: 

  1. Reduce the risk of injury. 
  2. Prepare physically and mentally for subsequent activity. 

- Effects on the body:

  • To the musculoskeletal system:

  1.   Mobility and joint tours reset.
  2.   Muscle temperature increases.
  3.   Increases the effectiveness of muscle contraction.
  4.   Improves coordination and agility and is more efficient at the task.
  5.   Reduces the risk of injury.
  6.   By stretching the muscles increases muscle elasticity.
  • On the respiratory and cardiovascular system:

  1.  Prepares the cardiorespiratory system, increasing respiration and heart rate.
  2.  It increases blood flow to all body organs.
  3.  Increases the influx of oxygen and energy production.
